Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of The 888 Vault course and community, along with all related content, services and products. Read them before enrolling.

By purchasing, accessing or using the course you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to all of them, you may not participate in or access any part of the course or the community.

Read them alongside the risk disclaimer, which is the more important document, and the refund policy, which governs payment.

2. Course content and purpose

All material provided — pre-recorded video, written material, live sessions and community commentary — is strictly for educational purposes. It does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing shared should be interpreted as professional financial guidance.

Any financial information, observation or method shared is based on experience and market observation at the time of release. Market conditions change without notice, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Nothing in the course or the community is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. The community rule against members issuing calls is part of these terms and not merely a moderation preference.

3. Access and platform

Access to the course is delivered through the course platform used at checkout, and full membership is supported by our community server on Discord. It is your responsibility to have a working internet connection and a compatible device.

An invitation to the community comes from us. An invitation reaching you by any other route is not ours, and should be treated as such.

You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, and any activity under your account is your responsibility. Sharing access is a breach of these terms and ends membership.

Access is personal and non-transferable.

4. Payment

The price of each tier, and whether it is a one-time payment or recurring, is shown at the point of purchase before you commit. Nothing is charged that was not displayed there.

Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: payments are non-refundable after seven days from purchase, and no refund or credit is issued for unused access or for early cancellation beyond that period.

The refund policy sets out the limited circumstances in which an exception is considered, and it is linked before the point of payment rather than after it.

5. Intellectual property

All course content — text, video, graphics, branding elements and digital assets — is the intellectual property of The 888 Vault and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, duplicate, distribute, repurpose or reproduce any of the material, branding or design without express written permission. That includes sharing access, re-uploading material, and using it to train, fine-tune or evaluate an automated system.

Material posted by members in the community remains theirs, and posting it there does not give other members the right to republish it elsewhere.

6. Conduct in the community

Membership of the community is conditional on four rules, which exist to keep what happens there educational: no calls to buy or sell, no performance screenshots presented as proof, no requests for or offers of account access, and no selling to other members.

The first of those is the one that matters legally. A member who issues trade instructions is asked to stop, and told why; if it continues, membership ends.

We may remove any member whose conduct puts other members at risk, including anybody soliciting funds, offering account management or impersonating the Vault.

7. Warranties and liability

The course is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, technical perfection, or any specific result from participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by the law applicable to you, The 888 Vault and its team are not liable for direct or indirect damages, including financial loss, technical issues or consequences of decisions taken on the basis of the material.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

8. General

These terms, together with the risk disclaimer and the refund policy, are the complete agreement between you and The 888 Vault regarding the course. No communication outside them modifies or overrides them.

If any part is found invalid or unenforceable, that part is modified to reflect its original intent and the rest continues in effect.

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one in force and the date at its head records when it last changed; continued use of the course or the community after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
