1. What this covers

This disclaimer applies to everything offered under The 888 Vault name: the courses, the written material, the community server, the live sessions, this website, any affiliated channel, and any other communication provided by us.

It is deliberately the first legal document linked from every page, and from the join page before the point of payment, because it is the one that changes whether somebody should be here at all.

2. Educational purposes only — not financial advice

All content shared by The 888 Vault, whether in a course, in the community, in a live session, on this website or anywhere else, is strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing provided should be considered financial, investment or trading advice.

The 888 Vault is not a licensed financial adviser, broker or dealer in any jurisdiction, and does not offer personalised financial guidance.

We do not offer any recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset or security. We do not manage or trade accounts on anybody's behalf, and we do not provide access to insider or privileged information.

Live sessions annotate charts in order to show how a setup is being reasoned about. That is teaching. It is not an instruction to take a position, and it should not be treated as one — by you, or by any member of the community.

3. Know the risks

Trading and investing in financial markets involve significant risk. Markets are volatile and unpredictable, and losses can exceed an initial deposit — particularly where leverage is used.

Only risk capital you are prepared to lose. It is your responsibility to understand the risks of any instrument before entering a market, including how leverage, margin and overnight financing work on the specific product you are trading.

The base rate is not in your favour. In several jurisdictions, firms offering leveraged retail products are required to publish the proportion of retail accounts that lose money and to display it prominently; those figures are published by the firms themselves and are consistently high. Anybody teaching this subject who does not tell you that is not being straight with you.

4. No promises, no guarantees

We make no guarantee of profit, success or any specific outcome. There is no expected return attached to anything sold or taught here, and there is no figure anywhere on this site describing what a member earns.

Any past results, examples or forward-looking statements are illustrations of a method and are not promises of future results. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

This site publishes no testimonials, no member results, no account screenshots and no performance record. That is deliberate: none of it could be verified by you, and unverifiable numbers are how this industry does most of its damage.

Your outcomes will depend on your own decisions, discipline and consistency, in a market nobody controls.

5. Your responsibility, and ours

By engaging with The 888 Vault content or community you accept that your trading decisions are yours, and that you assume full responsibility for them and for their consequences. You agree to hold The 888 Vault, its team and its affiliates harmless from claims, damages or liabilities arising from your own trading or investment activity.

Our responsibility is narrower and specific: to teach method rather than outcomes, to refuse to give recommendations, to enforce the community rule against members issuing calls, and to state the risks in a document you are pointed at before you pay rather than after.

We encourage you to do your own research and to consult a licensed professional before making financial commitments. Education is a foundation; execution is always in your hands.

6. Impersonation

Nobody at The 888 Vault will ever ask for your broker login, your password, read-only access to your account, or a payment made outside the checkout. Nobody here will offer to trade your account or to manage money for you.

If you receive a message that does any of those things, it is not us, whatever name or picture is attached to it. Tell us, and we would rather hear about it ten times than not at all.

This clause is in the risk disclaimer rather than buried in the terms because impersonation is the most common way people in this field actually lose money, and it has nothing to do with the market.

7. Changes

This disclaimer applies as at the date at its head and is revised when what we offer changes. The version published here is the one in force.

If anything elsewhere on this site appears to conflict with this document, this document prevails and we would like to be told about the discrepancy.
